With much help from Pratt, Fairuza, Blais, and Sev I can now make all adornments up to Tier 9.  Thanks very very much!

I'd be really happy to make adornments of any level you all would like.  Superior adornments require breaking down fabled gear and getting lucky on the rare item.  Those aren't really that much better than the greater ones which are the next level down.

The greater adornments require an item that can come from legendary gear.  If it's a higher tier you would like to have, I will most likely need you to supply an Infusion of that tier or to give me legendary items to transmute in hopes of getting the infusion. I'd love to be able to have a stock of the main raw for those, but they just don't show up often for me.

Lesser adornments are actually quite nice and a good way to boost up a character who is struggling, or to give some extra oomph to an already good one. Those I can generally make with no extra effort for you.

I have a nice concise list of the tier 9 adornments by equipment slot.  They generally scale down to lower tiers.  If anyone would like me to post that, speak up.

If you look at the beginning of that list it shows what components are needed.  Here's a chart of the different levels of gear and their chance of giving the components.

Mastercrafted gear, expert spells, and combat arts break down like treasured.

A transmuter will take that piece of legendary gear and use the transmute skill on it.  At that point, the item is destroyed, and the RNG decides whether to turn it into a common powder or the rare infusion.  Powders, fragments, infusions and manas are the raw materials for the adorning tradeskill.
